SICOBOND (TYPE 01 – GRAY)

Polymer Modified Grey Cement-Based Tile Adhesive

Sico Bond is a polymer modified, grey cement-based thin-set tile adhesive for fixing high porosity tiles like ceramic / clay tiles, terracotta and quarry tiles of regular size. It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal surfaces over cementitious substrates for indoor applications. It is also recommended for installation of small sized vitrified tiles on floors.

Areas of Application (Type 1 – C1T)

  • ✔️ Suitable for fixing ceramic and vitrified tiles, including glazed and terracotta tiles.
  • ✔️ Recommended for vitrified tiles up to 2 ft × 2 ft in size.
  • ✔️ Designed for indoor applications only.
  • ✔️ Suitable for use on horizontal and vertical surfaces
  • ✔️ Applicable on cement-based substrates and concrete surfaces

Application Instructions

  • ✔️ Open the pack and take the required quantity of material into a clean bucket.
  • ✔️ Add 28–30% clean water as per the material quantity for best results.
  • ✔️ Mix using a mechanical stirrer to achieve uniform consistency and better coverage.
  • ✔️ Apply evenly using a trowel on hard floor screed or hacked wall surfaces.
